ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2022 and is a small, close-knit team of two who are focused on building strong relationships and making a real impact in the community. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a District Manager for Enterprise Rent-A-Car. That experience showed me how much of a difference I could make by helping people protect what matters most and build generational wealth, which ultimately led me to State Farm.
Community involvement is a big part of our mission. We participate in yearly outreach events with the local fire department, work with Chicago Public Schools to educate teens on safe driving, and partner with the South Suburban Housing Association to help first-time home buyers.
We offer dental and vision coverage, PTO and holidays, a 401(k), and a strong focus on work-life balance. Even as a smaller team, we believe in taking care of our people and creating a workplace where everyone feels valued.
Our office culture is tight-knit, relaxed, and upbeat. I want this to be a place where people genuinely enjoy coming to work. We’re looking for someone who is coachable, positive, and growth-minded—someone willing to put in the hard work, go the extra mile, and bring a true hunter mentality. If you’re looking for a supportive, optimistic environment where your effort can make a real difference, this could be a great place to grow.
